Chapter 1965: Divine Bow Injures the Enemy

Upon witnessing this scene, Bao Hua remained expressionless, yet she immediately reached out with one hand toward the jade disk, making a grasping motion in the air.

A deafening roar erupted!

A flash of light burst from the white sun in the sky, and from it emerged a colossal hand over a hundred zhang in size. Its fingers spread apart, white flames raging fiercely as it descended toward the jade disk below.

From within the jade disk, the furious roar of the Blood Light resounded once more. The black-and-white Taiji pattern trembled before detaching from the disk, swelling to twice its size as it surged toward the giant hand. Meanwhile, the jade disk itself emitted a resonant hum, and the surrounding space twisted and blurred as it prepared to teleport away again.

The moment the black-and-white Taiji met the massive hand wreathed in white flames, its protective radiance flickered wildly. With a mournful cry, it shattered as the hand clenched its fingers.

The surging white flames instantly reduced the remnants of the Taiji to nothingness before inexplicably engulfing the jade disk below.

Though the three Blood Light avatars inside the disk cried out in shock—some begging for mercy, others cursing—the jade disk, now wrapped in blazing white flames, swiftly turned from pristine white to a scorching crimson.

When the giant hand firmly grasped it, five white fire dragons erupted from its fingertips. They coiled around the disk, dissolving it layer by layer.

“No!”

A furious scream erupted from the jade disk. Amidst a dazzling burst of light, a small pagoda, only a few inches tall, shot out from the disk. In an instant, it transformed into a towering, hundred-zhang-tall seven-colored phantom, forcibly separating the five fire dragons from the disk.

Though the fire dragons thrashed and spewed white flames, they seemed powerless against the seven-colored pagoda phantom.

Moreover, as a seven-colored halo rapidly swirled across the phantom’s surface, it absorbed much of the white flames, causing the pagoda to grow even larger.

But at that moment, the colossal white sun in the sky, under Bao Hua’s command, descended like a mountain with a thunderous rumble.

Despite its profound mysteries, the seven-colored pagoda phantom, wielded by the three Blood Light avatars, could not unleash its full power. Under the crushing weight of the sun, it lasted mere seconds before shattering into fragments.

The seven-colored light coalesced once more, reforming into the small, dimly glowing pagoda that hovered motionless in place.

As the massive white sun plummeted, the jade disk had no time to react before being swallowed whole.

Amidst the blinding white radiance, the jade disk dissolved once more. Just before vanishing completely, three streaks of blood-red light shot out, only to be engulfed by the white flames. With agonized shrieks, they transformed into black smoke and were consumed.

These three streaks were none other than the three Blood Light avatars!

Each of these avatars possessed power comparable to a late-stage Body Integration cultivator, yet before Bao Hua, they were utterly defenseless.

Of course, this was partly because they were mere avatars while Bao Hua was in her true form, and partly because the Illusory Sun technique inherently countered most demonic arts.

Otherwise, even with her legendary reputation in the demon realm, Bao Hua—now greatly weakened—would never have been able to so effortlessly annihilate the three Blood Light avatars, who were protected by a supreme treasure.

Almost simultaneously with the avatars’ demise, within a demonic tower near Tianyuan City, a blood-robed youth sat solemnly on a stone throne, listening to several Body Integration demon lords report on their recent conquests of human forces.

The demonic army had already cleared all major strongholds except Tianyuan City, along with most hidden minor bases belonging to small clans and sects. Now, they were planning the complete encirclement and blockade of Tianyuan City.

The blood-robed youth nodded in approval, but suddenly, his expression twisted in fury as he leapt to his feet with a low, enraged roar.

“Impossible! How could something have happened to all three of them working together?”

The other demon lords, startled by his outburst, exchanged uneasy glances.

“Lord Blood Light, what has happened to provoke such anger?” asked an elderly demon lord cautiously.

“Nothing of concern,” the youth replied, his rage quickly subsiding. “Three of my marked guards failed in a task I entrusted to them. But it matters not—I shall send others to rectify it.”

Though the demon lords remained doubtful, none dared press further. After a brief pause, the reports resumed.

For the rest of the meeting, the blood-robed youth remained eerily calm, as if his earlier outburst had never occurred.

Deep within a strange crimson lake in the Ancient Demon Realm, an enraged howl erupted without warning, shaking the surrounding waters. Yet after a brief moment, the sound abruptly ceased, leaving only silence.

Back in the Spirit Realm, as the white sun descended, the crystalline barrier formed by Yuan Sha’s black ancient mirror shattered under the pressure.

The white flames surged down mercilessly.

Yuan Sha’s face turned deathly pale as she finally cried out for help.

From the stone hall below, a black figure shot forth like a ghost, appearing behind Yuan Sha in an instant. With a flick of a slender hand, a fist-sized golden orb shot into the white sun.

A cataclysmic explosion followed as a golden halo erupted within the sun, blasting a ten-zhang-wide hole through it.

Though minuscule compared to the sun’s colossal size, the black figure seized the opportunity, swirling into a dark mist that enveloped Yuan Sha before darting through the hole.

“Liu Ji!”

Bao Hua’s eyes narrowed coldly as she recognized the figure. With both hands, she made a grasping motion toward the ground.

Two petals detached from the giant flower beneath her, transforming into a massive emerald bow and a radiant white arrow.

Without hesitation, she drew and released the arrow, which vanished in a blaze of white flames.

The black figure had just emerged from the hole when the arrow struck, piercing through eight crystalline blue shields conjured in defense.

A crisp shattering sound echoed as the shields exploded. The figure staggered, a thumb-sized hole appearing in its chest before white flames erupted, engulfing it.

Now visible, the figure was a slender woman clad in gleaming black armor, her face hidden behind a visor, revealing only icy eyes.

Despite the flames, she showed no panic. Instead, she spat a mouthful of blood, which dispersed as a mist, extinguishing the white fire instantly.

Without pause, she formed a hand seal, black light flaring as she and Yuan Sha shot toward the horizon, vanishing in the blink of an eye.

“Go!” her cold voice echoed behind her.

Meanwhile, the stone hall trembled as five-colored light surged, forming a massive teleportation array beneath it.

“Humph. They may leave, but you two shall stay,” Bao Hua sneered, her expression darkening.

The giant bow vanished as she pointed toward the sky. The white sun transformed into a fiery curtain, sealing the heavens.

Simultaneously, a pink giant flower materialized beneath the hall, and a pink sword beam slashed through the teleportation array, disrupting it.

The hall shuddered before splitting into two massive gray-white stone giants, who roared at Bao Hua and the burly man but dared not approach.
