Mount Tai stands dark brown and solid beneath one’s feet, evoking a firm sensation, and more importantly, giving the impression of standing in the vast cosmic starry sky.
The mountain floats upon the Golden Tree, its nearby leaves dotted with stars. Standing here, one gazes endlessly into the starry sky, a boundless and remote expanse, as though standing at the edge of the world.
“God, let me go mad!” The Divine-Striking Stone instantly surged forward, having become frenzied. Upon seeing Mount Tai, it seemed to encounter the fountainhead of its existence.
“Bang!”
Sparks flew as the Divine-Striking Stone cried in pain. It couldn’t even bite down, for despite its unyielding hardness, it could not contend with Mount Tai, which was too solid.
For it, consuming a piece would be enough to propel its evolution to unimaginable heights, absorbing the most fundamental principles of heaven and earth.
This is an invaluable material, a supreme treasure indeed!
Mount Tai, rarely seen in the world, can only be found during the time of creation.
In a sense, this mountain is priceless; it could shatter a realm and destroy everything. Without refinement, it is already an unprocessed Chaos Supreme Treasure.
If it were to be transformed with one’s essence and blood, inscribed with one’s ‘Dao,’ combined with the fundamental laws of Mount Tai, its release would shatter everything, leaving nothing intact.
Legend says that even a piece of Mount Tai the size of a fingernail could crush an actual towering peak flat, because its weight is unimaginable.
This mountain is wondrous. Sometimes, those who approach it are crushed into a pool of flesh by an overwhelming force; other times, it is peaceful, nurturing everything.
Now is its quiet phase, where figures move about it and occasional roaring sounds emerge, along with divine light flashing upward as various treasures are drawn.
There are battles ensuing, and others trying to slice off a piece of Mount Tai, hoping to even obtain a sliver to forge into a Magic Treasure, thereby elevating their treasure’s rank to an unimaginable level.
Unfortunately, despite treasures flying and sounds unceasing, Mount Tai remains undamaged and imperishable.
Even divine weapons are ineffectual. If attacked forcefully, they might even break themselves. This is Mount Tai, a genuine raw Chaos Supreme Treasure, impervious to all.
“This is the Mount Tai that was born alongside the Kun Tree in ancient times. Now, it has come near the ancient Sun Tree, accompanying it!” the Divine-Striking Stone concluded.
It makes people’s eyes burn with envy. Both the Golden Ancient Tree and Mount Tai are enough to drive people mad. Shi Hao marvels helplessly at the fact that even a Venerated One cannot shake them.
“I wonder when Willow God and Xiao Tower will come back?” he mutters regretfully, for otherwise, these two treasures would surely not escape.
Leaving other considerations aside, just this Mount Tai alone would drive Xiao Tower wild—it is a Chaos Supreme Treasure of the same ilk, an unprocessed form, sufficient for reconstructing its true body.
The mountain is enveloped in heavy mists, with shadowy figures appearing and disappearing. Occasionally, violent battles erupt, and some hunt their enemies in secret.
“Though this mountain is great, it simply cannot be taken away; fighting over it here is meaningless.” Shi Hao mutters, guessing that even Xiao Tower would be unable to swallow the whole mountain and would need to refine it slowly.
“There might be something on this mountain that they wish to approach and fight over, otherwise, why would they all be here like this?” the Divine-Striking Stone suggests.
Nodding, Shi Hao stealthily speeds toward the summit. Indeed, the mountain is vast—by his standards, it takes far from a short time to traverse.
“Ah, you’re still alive?” a surprised voice calls out. The mountain’s fog thickens, accompanied by chaotic mist, pressing down suffocatingly.
Several figures flash past—indeed, upper-world prodigies and high-standing beauties, scattered and somewhat disheveled after battling with Venerated Ones.
Shi Hao recognizes Zhuo Yun, Xuan Ming, Shui Yue, Lan Yu, and others. Some frown while others smile, showing various reactions.
“Hurry, the nine-headed serpent and the Iron-Blood Ancient Tree are chasing us—they are fierce!” Hong Feng warns.
Darting past, these figures evade to another side, still in a disadvantage, engaging in guerrilla combat, already bloodied.
Of course, there are some fallen among the side of Venerated Ones as well.
Shi Hao avoids them, continuing alone toward the summit. He begins to smell a faint, refreshing fragrance, invigorating and life-giving.
“Heh, he sure has his own judgment, daring to climb up alone—truly seeking death.” Zhuo Yun scoffs while fleeing.
“Be careful, it’s dangerous up there!” Lan Yu cautions.
Approaching the summit, Shi Hao spots Bi Gu, Zhao Qi, and others, wielding secret treasures and engaged in fierce battles. However, the Venerated Ones outnumber them, and after a struggle, they retreat.
They are maneuvering around, intermittently interfering, preventing these Venerated Ones from succeeding.
Finally, Shi Hao realizes what it is here that incites such a struggle, even making upper-world prodigies bloodthirsty, not to mention creatures like the nine-headed serpent.
There is a flower atop Mount Tai—golden, radiant, with a fragrant aroma filling the air, making the entire body feel relaxed and at peace.
“The Divine Flower from the Golden Ancient Tree!” Shi Hao instantaneously realizes.
“If mature, it might even bear the World Fruit!” the Divine-Striking Stone shrieks excitedly, actually seeing such a rare item.
A branch of the Sun Tree extends here, blossoming a flower right at the peak of Mount Tai, hovering a few meters above the ground, radiating golden brilliance, dazzlingly resplendent.
Oddly, elsewhere the leaves of the Sun Tree could support a mountain, being extremely large, yet here they are conspicuously diminished, even the flower similarly reduced, no bigger than a millstone.
“It must be the laws of Mount Tai affecting it,” comments the Divine-Striking Stone.
Some Venerated Ones stand here guarding the flower, all gazing upward.
Why doesn’t anyone dare harvest it?
While not the World Fruit, this Sun God Flower still contains infinite quintessence. Consuming it would immediately transform one’s body, causing unimaginable metamorphosis.
Observing carefully, Shi Hao notices many bloodstains and corpses on the ground, as if hacked apart by some sharp tool.
“This flower is peculiar!” he deduces, otherwise why would nobody dare to pluck it, merely standing guard.
Shi Hao acts, summoning the stag antler he recently acquired, then swiftly changing direction to avoid detection.
The five-colored stag antler flies toward the Sun God Flower, attempting to sever it, but at that moment, the golden flower gently sways, sweeping a terrifying chain of cosmic order that breaks the antler in two.
Shi Hao is stunned. The stag antler was a treasure, yet it was effortlessly destroyed as soon as it neared the golden flower, explaining why no one dares to harvest it.
“Youngster, you dare to join in this chaos?!” a Venerated One turns, advancing menacingly toward him.
“Is it about to mature? Golden nectar will fall soon!” someone exclaims.
The Sun God flower, as large as a millstone, begins to shed petals, exuding golden nectar. Three drops begin to fall, each the size of a longan fruit, radiating golden light, fragrant and intoxicating.
This is undeniably divine nectar, capable of reviving the dead and regenerating flesh. Although the flower cannot be harvested, all await the falling golden nectar.
“Boom!”
Treasures roar, various radiant lights appearing from all directions. Bi Gu, Zhao Qi, Lan Yu, Ying Ying, and over a dozen young men and women rush forth, launching attacks and disrupting the enemies.
Additionally, the side of the Venerated Ones stirs, each invoking their Magic Treasure, seizing strategic positions, all striving to capture these drops of divine elixir.
“Fledgling, you have already acquired the first two drops earlier. Are you still not satisfied!” Zi Jin Ant sneers, radiating immense power, distorting space slightly with every tremor.
“Golden Divine Elixir belongs to the virtuous!” Zhuo Yun mocks.
…
From their conversation, Shi Hao learns that this flower had already released two drops of nectar previously, which the upper-world youths obtained while the Venerated Ones were preoccupied with a Chaos Palace, thus missing their chance.
That Chaos Palace was extremely dangerous; several Venerated Ones had died or been injured before retreating here.
“Die!” These Venerated Ones attack Zhuo Yun and others.
“Shi Hao, come join us!” Hong Feng beckons.
Shi Hao walks slowly, hesitating.
He doesn’t trust them. Earlier, some had secretly attacked him, trying to seize his World Treasure Chest, and indeed, it was several of these people who “knocked” him off the Golden Tree.
“Boom!”
A fierce battle erupts.
The golden drops are about to fall, and everyone’s eyes glow red as they rush forward. Some, impatient, have already jumped up, activating jade cauldrons to catch the precious liquid.
“Whoosh!”
A chain of cosmic order bursts from the divine flower, instantly destroying several Magic Treasure and piercing a Venerated One.
“Your luck is really great. Didn’t we take you across the sea for nothing? You haven’t contributed anything yet, why not join in?!” someone whispers harshly.
Shi Hao turns and sees one of those who had previously secretly attacked him.
Moreover, Zhao Qi, Zhuo Yun, and others wear dark expressions, their intentions clearly hostile. Some are even attempting secretly to push Shi Hao forward to block the Venerated Ones.
“With such powerful enemies, let’s not tear ourselves apart!” Lan Yu lightly rebukes.
“Boom!”
Roots of the Iron-Blood Ancient Tree shoot forward like divine spears. The nine-headed serpent’s massive heads emit divine light, rushing in fierce assault.
“Hmm, you dare attack me?!” Shi Hao hadn’t intended to join them and now, someone again secretly strikes him, apparently trying to use him as a shield against the nine-headed serpent.
In this moment, he radiates light, still at the Formation Arrangement Stage, without wearing the Indestructible Battle Armor, yet an aura terrifyingly erupts from him.
A halo, composed of ancient divine symbols, appears around Shi Hao’s body, enveloping him as he surges toward the figure behind. A treasure shatters, a startled cry rings out, and he grabs hold of a man.
Then, with a flick of his hand, he hurls the man toward the Golden Giant, who cries loudly.
Unfortunately, the man falls among the Venerated Ones. First, the Golden Giant slaps him away, causing him to spit out large amounts of blood. Next, the Blue Dragon roars, shattering his protective treasure with a spell of same age. Then, a branch from the Iron-Blood Ancient Tree impales him, pinning him dead.
Everything unfolds rapidly, leaving Shui Yue, Bi Gu, Hong Feng, and others momentarily stunned.
“You dare to act recklessly!” Zhuo Yun, Zhao Qi, and others shout furiously, ready to attack him.
“First, you secretly attack me, then blame my retaliation. Even you, Zhuo Yun and Zhao Qi, try to strike if you dare?” Shi Hao remains calm, staring fixedly at them.
“What audacity!” someone bellows angrily, launching an attack at him. At the same time, Zhuo Yun also moves aggressively, as from behind Shi Hao, Zi Jin Ant and Yin Shi advance upon him.
A soft chirp sounds; space blurs. The divine symbol flying out from Shi Hao is unavoidable, striking with extreme speed, enveloping the attacker who cries aloud.
Everyone gasps in astonishment as the figure turns into a beam of light, vanishing from existence.
“Whoosh!”
Zhuo Yun’s arm also falls, blood gushing as the limb turns into ash and light, disappearing. He retreats fearfully, his face pale.
“What a strange phenomenon!” the Venerated Ones behind shiver, hesitant to attack him hastily.
“The golden drops are falling!” someone exclaims.
Together they surge forward, employing all their treasure techniques, competing to grab the precious drops, creating a dazzling spectacle.
Shi Hao strides forward, his entire being radiating brilliant auspicious light, encased in dense divine symbols forming protective barriers impervious to all, rushing straight to the front.
“Boom!” He crashes into the Golden Giant, making it stagger backward, barging into the center.
The three divine drops in the air fall into a jade cauldron. Someone exults joyfully, attempting to retrieve it, but his smile soon freezes as Shi Hao stretches forth his hands, divine symbols appearing, enveloping the cauldron, snatching it into his hands decisively.
