Chapter 1711: Breaking the Boundaries

Deploying such a grand formation, enveloping countless miles of towering mountains and deep valleys—even the Lunar River was trapped within—was indeed a massive undertaking.

Moreover, it undoubtedly required divine materials, all rare treasures of heaven and earth. An ordinary array wouldn’t be enough to confine Shi Hao.

“Luxurious? The foundation of an Eternal Family far exceeds your imagination. These materials are nothing to us,” Feng Bailing said indifferently.

Yuan Qing also wore a look of disdain. Though not a member of the Feng Clan, he was closely affiliated with them. Coldly, he sneered, “Ignorant fool. You have no escape—you’re doomed!”

For years, he had been restless, tormented by Shi Hao’s rise. The boy had become a thorn in his side, growing so strong that by the final battle at the frontier, his cultivation had even caught up. How could Yuan Qing not fear him?

Thus, when the Feng Clan decided to act, he was the first to volunteer, eager to lead the charge. If Shi Hao wasn’t killed, he would never find peace.

“Lapdog, stay out of this. You have no right to speak!” Shi Hao said coldly, ignoring Yuan Qing as he scanned the surroundings, searching for a way to break through.

“You little bastard, you’re finished!” Yuan Qing spat with hatred.

Ironically, it was he who had repeatedly tried to kill Shi Hao, yet now he acted like the victim, his eyes filled with venomous resentment. Some people were simply born this way.

“Shi Hao, I advise you to recognize the situation. Surrender now, come with us to the Nine Heavens, and bow before our ancestor. We might spare your life,” Feng Qiang said with a smile, speaking leisurely. He was completely at ease—with the formation in place, everything was under control.

“Your ancestor is nothing. One day, he’ll crawl before me!” Shi Hao retorted, his tone domineering and unyielding.

“Little thief, today you have no escape—you’re dead!” Feng Bailing shouted, her goose-yellow robes fluttering despite the absence of wind.

Her long hair danced as her beautiful face twisted with cold determination. She swore to kill Shi Hao, avenging the Feng Clan’s prodigy, Feng Xingtian.

Shi Hao smirked, and a pair of wings unfurled behind him—literally giving him wings.

“You—!” Feng Bailing choked on her fury, glaring at him.

“Whoosh!”

In the next instant, Shi Hao lunged forward with terrifying speed, his golden Kun Peng wings propelling him as he attacked all of them at once, unstoppable and fierce.

A violent gale erupted, slicing through the sky with terrifying force.

The group paled, hastily forming hand seals to counter.

But at that moment, a chill ran down Shi Hao’s spine. Sensing danger, he abruptly changed course, tearing through the void and vanishing into the horizon.

He hadn’t truly intended to kill them.

“Huh?” The group was stunned.

Yet they remained calm—the formation covered everything. There was no escape.

“What do they have on them? Unless a Supreme Being intervenes, how could they threaten me?” Shi Hao wondered.

Still, he knew they wouldn’t face him directly without a terrifying trump card.

“You can’t run, brat!” Yuan Qing roared, chasing after him alongside Feng Qiang and the others.

Meanwhile, the mountains trembled, erupting with blinding divine light as the formation awakened. Runes of the Great Dao intertwined, sealing the heavens.

This place had become a death trap—any who dared force their way through would be slaughtered.

Shi Hao flicked his finger, sending out a beam of light. The moment it touched the formation’s runes, a deafening explosion erupted, unleashing chaotic energy and dense bone scripts.

As Feng Bailing had said—there was no escape.

“I told you, even if you sprout wings, you won’t get away!” she sneered.

Shi Hao flapped his Kun Peng wings, darting east and west like lightning, but his movements were confined. Every direction was sealed.

“Clang!” Suddenly, Feng Bailing raised her right arm. Though fair as jade, it radiated terrifying killing intent.

A mysterious symbol glowed within her arm, as if a Supreme Being had awakened, ready to slaughter.

“What’s this? Showing off your limbs?” Shi Hao mocked.

“You’re dead!” she hissed.

At the same time, Shi Hao grinned, pulling out a divine talisman. It erupted in radiant light, enveloping him before he vanished.

“A World-Breaking Talisman!” Yuan Qing screamed, his face ashen with rage and fear.

“How? Even a normal one shouldn’t break this formation!” Feng Qiang exclaimed.

“It’s imbued with a Supreme Being’s essence blood—Meng Tianzheng forged it for him while he was alive!” Feng Bailing gritted her teeth.

Supreme essence blood was beyond precious—a distillation of one’s life force. Even they would hesitate to use it.

Yet Shi Hao possessed such a talisman. Only Meng Tianzheng would have been so generous.

Though limited in uses, it could tear through barriers, rendering most formations useless.

“After him!” they roared.

Meng Tianzheng had known Shi Hao longed to return to the lower realm, though it was nearly impossible. This talisman was his safeguard.

But even with it, descending forcibly would invite divine retribution—likely fatal.

This was for emergencies only.

Feng Bailing was stunned. Moments ago, she’d taunted him about having no escape—yet now he’d flown away.

The group charged out of the formation, scanning the wilderness with divine sense.

“There!”

Someone pointed—a violent spatial rupture marked Shi Hao’s exit.

Thousands of miles away, the void exploded as he tumbled out, laughing.

Though free, his eyes were icy with killing intent.

Running wasn’t his style. He’d only broken free to fight back—he wouldn’t waste the talisman’s power.

“Time to die!” Feng Bailing raised her arm again, slashing at him like a divine sword.

A ancient rune emerged, blooming like an indestructible lotus in the void. Silver light erupted, dazzling and sublime.

The lotus petals unfurled, revealing a tiny figure seated within—a child with rosy cheeks yet snow-white hair, exuding immortal aura.

“What?!” Shi Hao’s pupils shrank.

The figure shrieked, transforming into a streak of light, lunging at him with overwhelming Supreme pressure.

“Damn it!”

Shi Hao turned and fled. A Supreme Being? Here to kill him?

But how had it hidden within Feng Bailing’s arm?

“Today, no one can save you!” the group shouted.

The figure grew, its innocent face twisting with malice as it reached for Shi Hao.

“Supreme means?” Shi Hao’s body surged with immortal energy, his speed multiplying.

“How?!” The pursuers were stunned.

If even a Supreme Being failed, what did that mean for them?

“Pray this so-called Supreme kills me. Otherwise, you’re all dead!” Shi Hao’s voice was glacial.
